Transforming Spaces into Masterpieces

Lights upgrade

Lynn Van Scoyoc  Durham

My original 1980s front deck was replaced by this company. Now I have a beautiful space that a lot of my neighbors have checked out. Since I'm a senior, I started with safety issues. My old deck was slippery after every rainfall and since I have a lot of shade it took a long time to dry out. Since I needed traction, Adrian, owner of the company, suggested TimberTech for the floor. It has performed perfectly - never gets slippery. It's also beautiful. Another issue was better lighting for the steps. Adrian suggested small lights embedded in the walkway and steps. They provide the safety I need and they are so beautiful.

Palacios Home Maintenance did a fantastic job replacing the siding on my townhouse and rebuilding walls in an outdoor closet that was severely damaged from two water leaks. I highly recommend Adrian and his team for good craftsmanship, attention to detail, and courteousness.

Adrian does such an amazing job on everything he touches! He's very thorough, hard working and makes sure I'm completely satisfied. He always gets the job done perfectly every time! Will definitely be calling Adrian again for all my future needs.
